Amanda Blaufus is recent addition to White-Summers. She is a paralegal in the Portland office and assists newly formed and established companies with formational and various corporate matters. She is responsible for the maintenance of corporate records, stock option plans, due diligence and organization of documents in connection with transactions.
Amanda has been a corporate paralegal in the Portland area since 1994, where she worked for two public companies: LTX-Credence Corporation (now Xcerra Corporation) and Gardenburger, Inc. Prior to these two companies, she was with the law firm of Tonkon Torp. Her breadth of experience over the years has included corporate formation and transactions, including business registration, securities filings and foreign qualifications. She has assisted in initial public offerings, private placement and debt offerings, investor relations, stock option grants, patent and trademark matters, excise tax audits, and has acted as company liaison with outside counsel.
