Ann McQuesten is an associate in the Portland office, where she represents clients in a range of corporate legal matters. Her practice includes securities, financings, entity formation and governance, and general business law. Ann graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2011, where she focused her studies on business law.
Prior to joining White Summers Caffee & James, Ann was an associate at a Portland firm specializing in the representation of emerging businesses and entrepreneurs. In that position, she gained experience in transactional and litigation matters involving corporate governance, shareholder and partnership agreements and disputes, intellectual property, and employment law.
