Danielle F. Lan
Danielle Lan is a business lawyer representing companies and investors on a variety of corporate, transactional and intellectual property matters.
Her practice emphasizes technology and emerging growth industries and she has extensive experience assisting companies on formation matters, debt and equity financings, including those involving angel and venture capital investors, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business arrangements, licensing and commercial agreements, general corporate concerns and intellectual property matters.
Danielle graduated from New York University School of Law and served as a staff editor on the Journal of International Law and Politics. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Pomona College and attended Oxford University, at University College, on a study abroad program. Previously, Danielle practiced in the area of municipal finance law where she represented the State of California, cities, counties, and securities underwriters in tax-exempt financial transactions. Danielle is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
